My Kanjani8 day
Many girls dressed in white today, as it is apparently a school tradition of sorts. Unnie wore an ivory dress and a delicate white cardy; I wore skinny jeans and a dark purple top. Was informed that I looked very androgynous and *coughs* other things as well, so I compensated by wearing her black-purple heels.
Weather was cool at sixty degrees, but sunny. Everywhere was beautiful as the ground was covered with cherry blossoms. I helped Unnie and L prepare their outfits, it was so fun to be their makeup artist. I love making people more beautiful! L isn't a makeup kinda girl, so she was amazed at what careful use of an eyeshadow palette and a pair of curlers could do. I was thinking of smoky eyes but gave her a more "spring-ish" look with baby blue eyeshadows lined above and below, which opened up her eyes and brightened her face.
We had fun at the room and cloisters, where we three discovered an affinity for styling and photography. L pulls off the sexy look best, while Unnie does sweet-and-elegant great. I am somewhere in the land of andro-goth-punky apparently.
Met up with Tchan and W later, and we had a blast. I love hanging out with Tchan because we aren't afraid of looking silly and goofing off. She had her hoodie on and I my quirky cap, and we did a series of Kanjani8-esque, totally ridiculous shots which had the others laughing like crazy.
Food: cotton candy, grilled swordfish, chocolate cake, sweet rice pudding with mango, naan, pineapple chilli tofu.... I think I can skip eating for the whole of next week!!!
We did some shots of all four of us, which were excellent. W had a very funny shot next to the "Hot Wall"; he was intending to be photographed as one of the "hot" dudes on the wall, but I zoomed in on the picture of the relatively unclothed women next to him.. oops! LOL Everyone agreed that he looked kinda ayashii, sketchy. Haha..
Love you guys. Looking forward to Kanjani album 2. Don't forget our Thanksgiving plans for this year, yah?
