strawberries and chaos.
Ah well, today I received strawberries and cherries. But of course that isn't the point of my post. I am so crazy. M, you were right, I do go for the bad boys. Am currently crushing (such a juvenile word) badly on a guy whom I don't even know that well, who's five years older than me, who smokes and speaks Japanese, and who's unsmiling most of the time. And who's probably attached. I don't know. Don't care. Sometimes it's the process rather than the person that one can get addicted to.
Anyways. Onto more productive stuff.
Recent beauty essentials:
1. Shiseido Pureness Lotion.
I've always been super lazy about using toner but this lotion smells great and really preps my skin for application of moisturiser etc.
2. The Face Shop Migamsu Brightening Rice Water Foam Cleanser.
Leaves my skin feeling smooth and clean, and love the smell!
3. Kanebo Faircrea Loose Powder.
Great oil-control and leaves my face looking radiant.
I've discovered that for regular makeup users like myself, it's really important to double-cleanse. I'd always been lazy about washing my face again with a cleanser after using my cleansing oil, but it goes the extra step in making my face nice and clean. Also, other beauty essentials would be brow powder (recommend Testimo by Kanebo or Maquillage by Shiseido) for a natural but polished look, Miin mascara (available from SaSa) with its additional fibres for luscious and long-lasting lashes and the Faircrea powder I mentioned above.
